High growth nanomaterials developer Quantum Science is set to share its expert insights into quantum dot (QD) technology at the Innovation Leaders Summit in Tokyo, Japan.

Quantum Science, creator of the world-leading INFIQ® QDs and QD inks, will join approximately 600 technology start-ups at the Toranomon Hills Mori Tower from November 29 – December 2 to highlight revolutionary trends in innovation.

Dr Hao Pang, Founder and CEO of Quantum Science, will take to the stage on Friday 2 December to discuss the development and supply of INFIQ® QD materials for semiconductors, electronics, and other applications.

The Innovation Leaders Summit is the premier open innovation event, bringing together startups with major international companies to share assets and ideas to boost the global technology landscape.

This year’s summit marks the 10th anniversary of the event and is expected to attract approximately 20,000 attendees from businesses worldwide.

Speaking ahead of the event, Dr Pang said: “Our INFIQ® technology is ready to transform photodetection in the short-wave infrared (SWIR) spectrum into something that mass markets can benefit from. With our unique, ground-breaking QD formulation method, we can deposit QD absorber layers in a single step – changing the game for imaging and sensing technologies development worldwide.

“As one of the largest open innovation events in Asia, I am delighted to have been invited to attend and can’t wait to meet other experts in our field, as well as to find out more about the latest developments that will disrupt multi-billion dollar markets.”
